Prohibition Isn't Over

I've said it before inreference to the Three Tier System of alcohol distribution in the US that means up to half the end price of a bottle of hooch is pure tax. But this piece from the Salt Lake Tribune talks about liquor laws that read like medieval religious law more than contempory commerce guidelines.
